The previous downtime was caused by a switch misconfiguration by the data center.
They have isolated the issue and resolved it.
I am asking them to research the cause and make sure it cannot happen again.
Thanks,
Rob

NIC2 Down on web2
Our monitoring system paged us that NIC2 on web2 is down.
We've called the data center letting them know, and they called right back saying they have located the problem and are working with the networking team to resolve it.
I appreciate your patience and understanding while this is resolved.
Thanks,
Rob
